– ABOUT US –

If you want to know about us, there are a few people to know…

Mike and Linda founded the church in 1985.  They have started churches, and he has taught in schools here and abroad.  They are serving as pastors to pastors.

David and Chelsea lead worship, direct special music and lead After Dark, our college-age ministry.  They have two super-cute kids.

Jared and Erin are passionate about making lifelong disciples of over 60 kids who gather in our Kids Club & Teen Trek. Four of those kids are their own.

Cell- Based Church

Cells are networks of friends doing life together with God. Just as the cell is the fundamental building block of the body, the cell group is the basic building block of the church body. We become disciples when we give our lives to Christ, and we make disciples by inviting others into our lives to follow us as we follow Christ.

WHAT DO THEY DO?

Cells meetings are around an hour long. The format usually begins with time to talk and catch up, then we apply God’s Word through the sermon preached that week, sometimes specific studies or activities, and always prayer.

WHO THEY ARE FOR?

Cells are gender specific, men with men & women with women. They are multi-generational so that each generation learns from the others.

WHERE/WHEN ARE THEY?

Cells meet everywhere! Some in homes, some in coffee shops, restaurants, or even at the church building. Email secretary@ctkcommunity.com to make a connection, or click on the button to the right to see where some are located!

“It’s not about us becoming a mega-church.

It’s about us together having a mega impact on St. Louis.”

-Michael Peters

Church Planting

We have one mission: to make disciples who make disciples.  We pursue our mission through the cell vision.  We have modeled our vision in the Webster Groves campus and are seeking to multiply it until there are at least 12 cell-based community churches impacting our city for Christ.

THE MISSION

Our mission is to reach the entire Greater Saint Louis area with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

BIG THRU SMALL

We want to build community churches of 250 people.  Big enough to make an impact, small enough to call family. Through multiple church communities, we will be one big church that reaches all of St. Louis.

CONNECTED AND DISTINCT

The Saint Louis Area is richly diverse, as is the family of God.  Our locations will reflect the culture and community they are based in, but be part of a larger whole.  Then we can work together to affect great change in our communities for the sake of the gospel.
